my current theme song…

This is how it works
You’re young until you’re not
You love until you don’t
You try until you can’t
You laugh until you cry
You cry until you laugh
And everyone must breathe
Until their dying breath

it’s late, but i have earl grey tea (honey and milk, yes plz) coursing through my insides and i’ve promised a post about Baz Biz. wells, i have not received the photos but let me just say that it was absolutely, terrifically worth the trip and all the tons of planning required to make it happen. there were tons of great vendors and fabulous customers, and if i hadn’t had my tooth pulled, i would really have enjoyed the presence of Cafe Gratitude…

my sis was an incredible support and thanks to her i had some super-cute punk rock buttons to give away, and beautiful stickers, too. i sold a ton of nuno felt goodies, and lots o’ yarn and learned a lot about how to be even better prepared for future crafty events. right now my focus is on driving people to my website…without spending a lot of time on the computer or paying for adspace. i hope for some good word-of-mouth traffic from the show! i have updates to make, but am trying to make an indoor lightbox situation work…my usual places for photographing yarns, etc. are currently covered in snow and with a forecast of sleet, ice and crazy winds, i’m definitely going to be taking pics indoors! i have a ton of gocco’d greeting cards to list…i’m thinking they’ll be super-easy to photograph compared to yarns and felt. i’ll try to get it all uploaded tomorrow and maybe, just maybe, i’ll get my Etsy back up. it has been sorely neglected since i got all show-focused.

i feel like there are a million-and-one things to report, but the caffeine/sugar high is quickly becoming a crash. more when i have pics…
